Number of Servings: 20


    1 1/2 cups 2% milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 eggs
    1 cup white flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/8 tsp. salt


Put all ingredients into a blender. Cover and process until smooth. Pour batter into pie or other shallow dish and tap a couple of times on the counter to bring bubbles to surface.

Preheat an electric crepe maker (I use the kind you dip into the batter). Spray with cooking oil spray. Begin dipping maker into batter. Cool each one on a wire rack and stack on a plate with wax paper in between crepes. Crepes can be frozen. Makes approximately 20 crepes. 1 crepe per serving.
