Very quick and easy week-night meal. Very quick and easy week-night meal.

Ingredients

    Tofu, firm, 225 grams
    Peppers, red, 1 medium
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Hoisin Sauce, 2 tbsp

Directions

Fry tofu in oil. Add peppers when crispy. When slightly softened, add hoi sin sauce. Serve over brown rice.
