Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup cooked white rice
    1 can chili
    12 corn totillas
    1 lb Velveeta cheese
    1/2 cup Lt. Sour creme
    1 cup left over taco meat

Directions

Mix cooked rice and sour creme and spread on bottom of 9 X 12 baking dish.
Warm Tortillas in micorwave to soften.
Roll tortillas with a spoonful of taco meat and strip of cheese.
Place in pan on top of rice.
Cover with can of chili and cook for 30-40 minutes at 350 until bubbly.
