Ingredients

3.5 oz Pepperoni slices,diced
2 Pillsbury French Bread Dough
1 small can ripe olives, chopped
1-2 TB parsley
2 TB flour
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
3 tsp garlic
1/4 c. egg beaters
2 TB parmesan cheese
8 oz. Prego Tomato and Basil Organic sauce (for dipping)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375*. Dice pepperoni. In bowl, combine pepperoni, olives, parsley, mozz cheese, flour and garlic. Mix well.
Place French Bread dough. Seam side up on cutting board. Using serrated knife, slice each loaf lengthwise end to end, cutting 1/2 way through dough; spread open flat. Lightly sprinkle w/ flour. Spoon 1/2 pepperoni mixture mix into each loaf. Pinch & seal up loaf sides. Place loaves, seam side down in an x pattern on stone. Crosscross ends to form a figure 8, leaving opening in center of twist.
Beat egg white w/ italian seasoning mix, brush over twist. With serrated knife, cut 3" slits in each of the top sections. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Cool 10 min. Serve w/ heated pasta sauce.
Approximately 9 servings, with 3 slices being one serving. (27 slices total---unless you cut thicker slices.)
