Number of Servings: 2


    2 medium eggs
    2 tbsp of shredded cheese
    2 tbsp of nonfat milk
    1 medium apple (diced to your liking)
    1 serving of luncheon ham (sliced to your liking)


First, mix together the two eggs and the milk. If desired, throw in a dashof salt and pepper. Once mixed well, scramble the eggs. After the egs have been scrambled and still hot, mix in the cheese and ham. The diced apples can go on the side or on top of the eggs, however you prefer.

    It was great! I used Mozzerella cheese and cute the recepie in half, and used some turkey breast, quick and easy, and don't forgert yummy!! - 9/18/09

    Instead of the apple I grate an ozof cheddar cheese. A few more calories but just as tasty. Excellent recipe. - 3/9/09
