Introduction

Ingredients

    1 TBS Olive Oil
    half of one medium onion chopped
    2 cloves garlic diced
    1 large carrot chopped
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 pound ground turkey meat
    1 TBS onion podwer
    1 TBS garlic powder
    0.5 cup tomato paste
    10 oz black beans
    10 oz pinto beans (ranch style if desired)
    10 oz dark red kidney beans
    2 tsp taco seasoning
    8 oz water

Directions

Heat up olive oil in a 6qt pot over medium-high heat. Add onions, garlic, carots and celery. Stir frequently until veggies begin to get soft. Add ground turkey meat, stir over the heat until turkey meat is cooked through (no pink left). Add spices and tomato paste, stir to combine. Add all beans and water. Stir well and let come to a strong boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Reduce heat and cover for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy. Makes about 10 one cup servings. Chili powder may be added for a spicier chili.
