Introduction

This is a great way to get in a veggie at the start of the day. It turns everyday rib-sticking oatmeal into a scrumptious craving-busting meal! Ingredients

    1 serving cooked oatmeal
    1/3 c. canned pumpkin
    1 graham cracker square, crushed
    >1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    >1/4 tsp. ginger or pumpkin pie spice
    No-Calorie Sweetener, to taste (Splenda or Stevia work well)

Directions

1. Cook one serving of oatmeal according to your package instructions.

2. In the last minute of cooking, stir in remaining ingredients except for cracker. Heat through.

3. Remove from heat. Just prior to serving, top with the crushed graham cracker.

*Your spice choices and amounts may vary. Don't be afraid to try different combinations of spices and sweeteners. Some good spices in this dish are nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice or cloves.
