Ingredients

    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or about 7 tenderloins)
    1.5 cans of chicken broth (or chicken stock)
    5 pieces of cornbread
    3 biscuits (about 2 1/4 " diameter)
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp poultry seasoning
    1tsp ground sage

Directions

Cook chicken 1st (boil or microwave). Combine all ingredients and stir. Should be soupy. Cook at 425 for 30 to 40 minutes in a square glass baking dish (grease or spray with cooking spray). Makes about 7 1/.5 cup servings.
