Enjoy a full 1/2 cup serving with crackers or up it to a cup with carrots for a full meal. Ingredients

2 x 12 oz cans of tuna packed in water
1 70z box small elbow macaroni
2 celery stalks, chopped finely
1 granny smith apple, chopped to match celery
1/4 Red Onion, chopped to match celery
4 baby carrots, shredded
1/4 cup 2% grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Green Pepper, chopped to match celery
2 TBLs freshly ground black pepper
6 TBL pickle Relish
1/2 Yellow Onion, chopped to match celery
1 tsp garlic powder
5 Tbls Dijon Mustard
5 Tbls Lite Mayonnaise
5 Tbls Regular Mayonnaise
Directions
Boil & drain the pasta into a large bowl
Chop all ingredients and add to the bowl.
Mix mayonnaises, mustard, garlic powder, pepper and relish in a small bowl until well combined. Add this to the large bowl, Mix and refriderate at least 2 hours for best flavors.
Serving size is based upon a 1/2 cup serving.
