    1 small onion
    1TBSP Olive oil
    1C+2 Tbsp Chicken broth
    3 Tbsp Red Pepper
    3/4 Cup bulgur
    2 TBSP Pine nuts


Saute oinions, add broth, peppers, and bulgur. Cook over low until liquid is gone. Remove from heat, and cover for 5 min. Add pine nuts, salt and pepper.
