    4 oz (2 servings) spaghetti noodles
    1/4 lb ground beef
    1 cup spaghetti sauce
    1 cup mozzarella cheese
    1 egg


Cook spaghetti. Drain. Brown meat. Stir sauce in with meat.

In a pie dish, mix egg with 1/2 cup of cheese. Stir in spaghetti. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. cover spaghetti with meat sauce (be sure to cover ALL of the spaghetti). cover with aluminum foil. Bake 25-35 minutes at 375. Let stand 10 minutes, then cut into wedges and serve.

Variation: Add 3/4 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese to egg and cheese mixture.

Makes 1 pie -- serving calculated at 1/4 pie without variation.
