Ingredients

I've used the local store brand items, but you may substitute whatever's available in your area; my only restriction when choosing ingredients is that it should be as natural as possible, without high fructose corn syrup and with minimal additives.

'Giant' is the local grocery store chain, but you may use whatever's available. The amounts listed here are for the whole can/bag.

    * Giant* Rotini Primavera, 1.50 cup
    * Giant* Dark Red Kidney Beans, 1.94 cup
    * Giant* Tomato Sauce No Salt Added, 1 cup
    * Giant* Tomato Paste, 32 tbsp
    * Giant* SteamReady Broccoli, Onions, Mushrooms, Red Pepper, 1.50 cup

Directions

Microwave the SteamReady veggies in the bag, per instructions (Bird's Eye SteamFresh works just the same). Boil the pasta (I do this while the veggies are nuking), drain it, dump in the rest of the ingredients in the same pot with the pasta, add pepper to taste, stir and simmer for a few minutes. The only thing you have to measure is the pasta, the rest just open the can/bag, and dump it in.
