Ingredients

    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Potato, raw, 3 cup shredded
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Kielbasa, pork and beef, 0.75 cup
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Salt, 0.5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.125 tsp

Directions

Preheat Oven to 425F. Combine oil and potatoes. Press into pie pan. Bake for 15min. Combine all other ingredients, pour over potatoes. Bake for additional 30min. Cool for 5min before cutting.
