    2 pounds Pork spareribs; cut in pieces
    ½ cup Soy sauce
    ¼ cup Garlic; minced

Directions

2 pounds Pork spareribs; cut in pieces
½ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Garlic; minced
1. Mix soy sauce and chopped garlic. Pour over spareribs. 2. Marinate for 3 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. 3. Preheat oven to 300F.
