    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1 cup chopped green bell pepper
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp dried italian herbs
    28 oz. can Dei Fratelli Tomato Puree, No Salt Added
    2, 6 oz. cans Tomato Paste, No Salt Added
    2, 8 oz cans Tomato Sauce, no salt added
    1 14.5 oz. Diced Tomatoes, no salt added


Use cooking spray to saute onion and bell pepper until tender. Add all ingredients, heat until just before it boils, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 hours. Serve over 2 oz. whole wheat pasta with grated parmesan(pasta and cheese not included in nutrition info for flexibility).
