Ingredients

    3 cups sliced peaches, fresh or frozen and thawed
    1 cup raspberries
    2 tsp lemon juice
    6 Tbsp flour
    3 Tbsp whipped butter
    1 Tbsp crude wheat bran
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    3 tsp white sugar
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup Old fashioned oats

Directions

Mix the berries and peaches with lemon juice and place in a microwave safe glass container. Cut the flour, wheat bran and butter together until like coarse cornmeal. Add brown and white sugars and cinnamon. Mix well then add the oats. Use this as topping for the berry peach mixture. Cook on high in microwave 10-12 minutes. Do not cover or you will lose the crunchy topping. Serve warm. Serves 4-6 depending on appetite size!
