Ingredients

    Ricotta Cheese, whole milk, 2 cup
    Romano Cheese, 5 oz
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Cut Leaf Spinach - Frozen, 1.3 cup
    Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce, 3 cups
    Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 8 oz

Directions

Cook lasagna noodles and frozen spinach. Meanwhile, combine eggs, ricotta and romano cheese, and mix well. Drain noodles and spinach. Coat bottom of 13x9 inch stainless steel pan with marinara sauce. Layer noodles, cheese, sauce and spinach in pan. Wrap pan in foil, and bake for one hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    I made this tonight and it was great. I just used jarred sauce and it was still good. Too easy to be so good! I made it in two casserole dishes and froze the extra one for later.

    I don't understand why people are so confused about the calories. Just divide the total by the number of servings!

    Great to know about the "serving size", because when I read the calorie count, I burst out laughing. But hey, it sounds wonderful - all ingredients that I love! I will give it a try. - 2/22/09
