Ingredients

    1 C - Vanilla Soy Milk - lite
    1 sm banana
    1/2 C frozen strawberries
    1/2 C frozen cranberries
    1/2 C frozen cherries
    1 tsp Fibersure supplement (can delete to decrease fiber and calorie intake)
    2 Tbs Toasted Wheat Germ

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well.

Serve
