Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 can of Goya dark red kidney beans
    1.5 cups of salsa
    1 can of sweet Corn
    1 cup water
    1 tbsp paprika
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1tsp black pepper
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in cooker. Add remaining ingredients on top. Stir together. Set on high for 5 hours.

Remove chicken from slow cooker. Shred with two forks. Return to cooker. Mix everything together and cook about 1 hour.

Makes 8 1-cup servings.
