Healthy yet delicious! Healthy yet delicious!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 can yellow corn
    1 can black beans
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can great northern (white beans)
    1 can diced tomatoes (the ones seasoned w/ basil or cilantro are nice)
    1 small can sliced black olives
    1 green bell pepper chopped
    2 TBSP chopped green onion
    2 TBSP fat free italian dressing

Directions

Drain the cans of corn, beans and olives. Do NOT drain tomatoes. Chop pepper & onion. Toss all ingredients with dressing. May be chilled, warmed or eaten immediately. Enjoy with your favorite baked tortilla chips, wraps or crackers.

Makes approx. 10 1-cup servings
