Ingredients

    *Potato, raw, 1 cup diced
    Beef, t-bone steak, 3 oz
    *Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix), 1.75 tbsp
    Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Cheddar Cheese, 2 oz
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, .5 tbsp


Directions

Cut up steak to bit size pieces and add southern hash brown potatos if you don't want to cut up potatos, set aside. Saute onion and garlic in a non stick skillet and when at desired tenderness add meat, potato's and soup mix, water and black pepper stirring to well blend. Let simmer till potatos are tender with lid on and add cheese at the end.
