Ingredients

    * Brown Sugar, 2 tsp unpacked
    * Red Chilli Sauce, 1 tsp
    * Lemon Juice, .25 cup
    * Sweet Potato, 1 serving
    * Sweet Potato, 1 serving

Directions

Slice sweet potato into discs.
Place in microwavable dish, add water, cover and cook for 4 minutes (or until tender).
Drain, and line dish with discs.
Mix juice, sugar, and chilli sauce thoroughly.
Brush or drizzle over sweet potatos.
Broil @ 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Serves 4, as a side dish.
