Ingredients

    1 piece Flat Out Light Original Flatbread
    2 Tablespoons hummus
    1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
    2 oz. cooked chicken (white meat), shredded
    1 cup mixed salad greens

Directions

This recipe makes one Chicken-Hummus roll-up, and assumes that you have already pre-cooked your chicken.

Spread hummus down the center of 1 piece of flatbread. Add shredded chicken meat and top with salad greens. Spoon cottage cheese over the salad, and roll the flat bread into a cylinder. That's it! It's fast, easy, filling, delicious, and low in calories.
