Introduction
I make fried rice quite often - any time I have leftover cooked rice, actually. This time I also had a leftover pork chop, but you can leave it out of course. The vegetable amounts are approximate, I just use what I have. I make fried rice quite often - any time I have leftover cooked rice, actually.
