    1. 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
    2. 3 ounces silken soft lite tofu (I use Mori-Nu)
    3. 1 cup Almond breeze unsweetened vanilla milk
    4. sweetner to taste ( I use 3 splenda)
    5. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    6. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg


Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
