Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 (3 oz) pkg oriental flavor ramen noodles
    1 (14 1/2 oz) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 1/2 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained

Directions

In a skillet brown beef; drain. Stir in noodles with contents of seasoning packet, toamtoes and corn; mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the noodles are tender. Makes 5 one cup servings.

    Very Good
    This was really easy to make but was a bit bland...may be due to the fact that I used ground turkey instead of beef, no-salt added stewed tomatoes and no-salt added corn. I will make it again and add some black and red pepper...my boyfriend did this to his leftovers and it was great! - 5/20/08

    This was a keeper. I did use Tomato sauce instead of the Stewed tomatos and it was still good.
