Ingredients

    2 tbsp light mayonnaise
    2 tbsp light sour cream
    1 tbsp horseradish
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    2 med scallions sliced thin
    1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
    1 tbsp capers, rinsed and drained
    2 tsp lemon juice (best if fresh)
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
