Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups of Graham Crumbs
    1/4 cup of melted butter (unsalted)
    1 pkg (8oz) Cream Cheese
    1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
    1 large egg
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 can of pie filling (I prefer blueberry, but whatever you like)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325F. Paper line 12 muffin cups (muffin tray)
2. Combine the graham crumbs and butter together, mix thoroughly. Press on to the bottom of each cup.
3. Beat cream cheese, condensed milk, egg and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until smooth.
4. Pour about 3 tablespoons of the mix over each crust.
5. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until set.
6. Let it cool down for 10 minutes, then top it with the chosen pie filling.
7. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
