Ingredients

1 3/4 cups of all purpose flour
4 tsp granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup 2 percent milk
1 egg
4 tsp unsalted butter, melted
Directions
preheat oven to 400 degrees
in a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.
in a smaller bowl mix milk, egg and butter.
pour over flour mixture
add blueberries to mixture and stir until just mixed
spoon into greased muffin tin about 2/3 for each cup
bake for 20-25 minutes.
Muffins are done after a toothpick test comes back clean.

HEYBIRD
First of all they are called Blueberry muffins but blueberries are not even listed in the ingresidents. I improvised and used 1 cup of fresh blueberries. Second of all DO NOT use paper liners - there is not enough butter in the mix to keep them from sticking. Last they're dru & not sweet enough. - 1/17/15
