Using pre-seasoned Groud Turkey helps this recipe to stay healthy. Using pre-seasoned Groud Turkey helps this recipe to stay healthy.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 lb. Pre-Seasoned Ground Turkey
    2 Tbsp. Pace Salsa
    2/3 c. Seasoned Mexican Vegetables, frozen
    5 c. Torn Romaine Or Lettuce of choice
    1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. Sour Cream


Brown turkey, set aside, tear lettuce placing into deep bowl. Layer cooked turkey, vegetables (heated & thawed), cheese, Salsa & Sour Cream. Serve immediately. Additonaly Taco Sauce may be added for spice & a side of corn chips.

**Remember these additions will at to Carb & Calorie totals.
