Introduction

Great as a dessert with a scoop of vanilla low fat ice cream or as is.
Tastes like apple pie without the calories of the crust.
You can just use the apples if you don't like pear and if you want a little tartness add some crasins
You can use less splenda brown sugar, I really don't measure it I just sprinkle it on top (so I really think I use less than 1/4 cup)

    Incredible!
Just made this a bit ago. It turned out Fabulous! I used the I-Can't-Believe-Its-Not-Butter Spray (idea from NKEYSER's No Crust Apple Pie recipe) and regular brown sugar since I have no splenda or soy products. Only used apples. Thanks for the recipe! - 2/9/10

    Incredible!
Used this as the base for a recipe that required a can of apple pie filling, and it came out beautifully! Can't wait to make it on its own as an actual dessert! :) - 4/13/09
