Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 oz Chopped Roasted Chicken Breast
    4 oz can Mushrooms
    8 oz can Tomato sauce
    1/4 C FF Half and Half
    4 Tbsp Parmesan grated
    4 oz Dry Ronzoni Smart Taste Rotini
    Italian seasoning to taste


Directions

Cook 4 oz of dry pasta as directed on the box. While pasta is cooking put chopped chicken, mushroon and tomato sauce in a small sauce pan cook on medium heat. Once it begins to simmer add half and half and parmesan cheese. Do not boil just heat until warmed thru. Add italian seasoning to taste. Drain pasta keeping 1/4 of water. Toss pasta in the sauce use reserved water if to thick.
