Ingredients

Tenderized Beef Round Steak, 2 lb
Flour, white, 1/2 C
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Per-heat oven to 350°F.
Put Olive Oil into 13"X9" baking pan, spread oil evenly across bottom and sides of pan.
Remove any fat and cut Steak into strips, 1 inch wide and 3 inches long. Put meat into a large bag, add Flour and shake until all meat is covered evenly with flour. Lay meat into pan on top of olive oil, add Salt and Pepper to taste.
Cover pan with Aluminum Foil. Bake 1 hour. Remove foil last 15 minutes of cooking time.
Makes 32 steak fingers. Serving size: 4 steak fingers.
