Introduction

Made these for the lenten season. Made these for the lenten season.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    24 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
    1 cup panko bread crumbs
    1 oz milk
    1 egg
    1 egg white

    seasonings such as s+p

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*. Wisk together egg, egg white & milk. Add a little s+p. Dip shrimp 2 at a time in the egg and then panko crumbs until competely coated. Arrange on a baking dish. (I line mine with foil and spray cooking spray for ease of cleaning.) Repeat with all the shrimp and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until shrimp look pinkish.

4 servings of 6 shrimp each.
