Ingredients

    3 lb beef roast
    4 carrots cut inot pieces
    4 potatoes, quartered
    2 onions, quartered
    1 cup beef broth
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Add ingredients to 6 quart crock-pot and cook on low 10 hrs or on high 6 hours.
