Introduction

We came from a picnic birthday party and I decided to make my own fruit salad, but added some Fiber-sure for extra measure. My husband even gave me compliments on it. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    -1 C seedless grapes cut in half (I used red)
    -1 med. apple cored and chopped in bite sized pieces (I used Fuji)
    -1 C unsweetened pineapple tidbits w/out juice
    -1/2 C unsweetened pineapple juice
    -1 t heaping, Fiber-Sure

Directions

--Mix all your fruit and then sprinkle the fiber-sure on top. Then pour the juice over it. quickly mix it all around or the Fiber-Sure with clump.

--Makes 6 servings of 1/2 c each.
