    3 Tbsp butter, melted
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (used Tyson 1.25 lb package)


In shallow dish, combine butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Place bread crumbs in another dish. Dip chicken in butter mixture, then coat with crumbs.
Place in 13 x 9 baking dish. Drizzle with remaining butter mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-35 minutes (depends on thickness of chicken breasts) until juice run clear.
Yields 4 servings

    I loved this! I substituted crushed Special K for the bread crumbs which was just as tasty and lightened the calories! I can't wait to make this for friends! - 4/6/09
