I loved this! I substituted crushed Special K for the bread crumbs which was just as tasty and lightened the calories! I can't wait to make this for friends!
I loved it, it was so easy to make and my father and daughter loved it. I didn't measure the lemon. I just squeezed 1/2 of a lemon. It had a lot of flavor. I will serve it again.
