An old Family recipe that makes juicy mouthwatering pork chops every time!
Can be made w/ bone in or boneless pork chops!

Ingredients

    Pork Chops, Mushrooms, White Wine, Onion, Potatoes, Broccoli, E.V.O.O. Broccoli, Butter, Salt, Pepper, Fat Free Sour Cream

Directions

Makes full dinner for 2. salt and pepper pork chops on both sides then brown in a pan that has a lid adding the diced onions around the chops after flipped once. Add the wine to cover the chops and drop the sour cream in 2T dollops around the chops. (do not stir, the sauce will cook itself down) Add diced Mushrooms cover, reduce heat and let simmer for 1 hour. In the meantime, boil and mash potatoes and steam broccoli (~5 mins) adding butter salt and pepper when finished and drained. Use Gravy from pork chops on mashed potatoes and to cover chops once plated. Delicious and easy!
