Ingredients

    debone roasting chicken yield 2.5 cups
    16 oz package garden rotini
    5 tbsp italian dressing (preferably fat-free)
    1 oz lemon juice
    dash salt
    2 dashes pepper
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Debone a roasted chicken. Boil rotini for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse pasta. Add all ingredients to rotini and mix well. Chill for 1 hour. Yields 8-9 cups.
