This recipe makes a very filling smoothie with a divine taste. This recipe makes a very filling smoothie with a divine taste.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    150ml skimmed milk
    4 tablespoons of low fat natural yogurt
    200g plums, halved and stoned
    1 medium banana, chopped
    50g blueberries
    1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    4 ice cubes

Directions

Add ingredients to a smoothie maker in the order listed. You can use an ordinary blender if you leave out the ice cubes.

Blend on low power for 30 seconds and then on high power for 10 seconds. This makes a thick smoothie. Blend for longer if you prefer a "thinner" smoothie. Enjoy. This is delicious. It makes 2 large cup servings.
