Ingredients

    2 8oz boxes light creamlcheese
    3 eggs
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 8oz container light sour cream
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/4 cup crushed graham cracker
    1 Tbs sugar
    4 Tbs light butter
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

To make crust mix together the graham cracker crumbs, 2 Tbs of sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon & melted butter. Pat flat in a 9" round pan. In a mixer on medium speed, mix the cream cheese, eggs & 3/4 c. sugar together until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Mix together the sour cream, 3 T sugar & 1 teas of vanilla. Spread on top of cheese cake. Bake 10 more minutes or until firm. Cool and cut into 8 pieces and serve
