    1 16oz Angel Food Cake Mix (Betty Crocker)
    2 20 oz cans Crushed PIneapple
    1 box Vanilla Instant SF Pudding 1 oz Pkg
    1 8 oz container Cool Whip Free


Drain one can of pineapple. Mix juice with dry pudding mix. Add rest of pineapple from can and mix. Set in refrigerator.

Mix dry angel food cake mix with one can of crushed pineapple. Mix with mixer for 1 minute.
Pour into 9 X 13 cake pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

While baking, fold cool whip into pudding/pineapple mixture. Set in refrigerator.

Cool Cake completely. When ready to serve, spread topping over cake.

Cut into 15 servings.
Each serving is 185 calories.
