This is a dish I learnt at school and we have loved ever since. The amount of ingredients below can be changed for your preference. This is a dish I learnt at school and we have loved ever since. The amount of ingredients below can be changed for your preference.

Ingredients

    4 Bags of Ready Salted crisps
    4 Slices of white bread
    Skinless Chicken Breasts
    2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 Onion

Directions

Serves 4

1. Chop up the chicken breasts and half of the onion
2. Cook in frying pan with an oil of your choice.
3. Once the chicken is white place the contents in a casserole dish.
4. Pour the Mushroom Soup over the top with even coverage.
5. Crumble the bread and crisps together. A food mixer will do this quite nicely for you.
6. Spread the breadcrumbs and crisps over the top of the soup with an even cover.
7. Pop in the oven for 20 minutes at 220 Celsius.
