Ingredients

Pork Loin Boneless Center Cut Chops, 10 oz
Mr. Yoshida's Hawaiian Sweet & Sour Marinade & Cooking Sauce, 12 tbsp
    Carrots, raw, .75 cup, grated
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup
    Canola Oil, 1 Tbsp

Directions

Remove all fat from the pork chops and slice them into thin strips (across the grain). Pour half the marinade sauce over the sliced pork chops in a small bowl, let sit for 10-20 minutes. Grate the carrots (I used baby carrots), chop the veggies, drizzle with the oil in a large bowl. Stir-fry the pork in a non-stick skillet over medium high heat. When done, add the veggies and continue cooking until veggies reach desired tenderness. Add the rest of the marinade sauce and heat through. Serve over brown rice. Makes 4 servings.
