Introduction

My celiac hubby was craving tomato soup and grilled cheese one day (this was before we became Sparkies), and I mixed this up for him. My celiac hubby was craving tomato soup and grilled cheese one day (this was before we became Sparkies), and I mixed this up for him.

Ingredients

    1 16oz can tomato sauce
    8 oz. skim milk
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp sugar
    1 Tbsp light corn syrup

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan, heat on medium heat, stirring frequently, until heated through.

    No, corn is fine. It's wheat, rye and barley that have to be avoided. (Oats as well, due to probability of cross-contamination).
