    Sorry ,I don'tknow what happened to the rest of the instructions.
    Place butter in 10" rd pan or heavy skillet,Placein oven at 375. Melt. Meanwhile put all ingedients in blender blend. Pour into pan of melted butter. Bake about 20 minutes until puffed and golden. Remove from oven and enjoy.
