Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Cauliflower Head, trimmed and cut into florets
    1 tbsp olive oil
    140 grams goat cheese.

Directions

Bring 5cm depth of water to boil in a large saucepan. Add the cauliflower, bring back to a boil, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender. Drain well. Add the remaining ingredients and mash or put in a food processor. Return to the saucepan and gently reheat, stirring so it doesn't catch.
