Ingredients

    5 bonless skinless chicken breasts
    1 jar artichoke hearts in marinade - drained
    1 small can black olives - drained
    1 small jar of sliced mushrooms - drained
    1 cup of reduced sodium chicken broth
    3oz white wime
    3 garlic cloves

Directions

cook chicken breasts until almost done in very little olive oil, add chicken broth and white wine, cook until chicken is done. Add artichokes black olives, mushrooms and garlic cloves. Let simmer until ready to serve.
