Introduction

Delicious thick, creamy, low fat, low cal, veryyyy garlicy salad dressing. Delicious thick, creamy, low fat, low cal, veryyyy garlicy salad dressing.

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    1 cup (8 ounces) fat-free sour cream
    1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
    1/3 cup fat-free milk
    2 teaspoons spelnda
    2 tbs onion powder
    1/4 cup minced garlic
    2 tbs dried parsley
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk the sour cream, mayonnaise, milk and sugar.

Stir in the onions, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Yield: 1-1/2 cups.

    I'm going to give this one a try as well. I need to shake it up with just ranch on my list. As I don't buy sour cream, I'll use the low fat I have on hand. And because mayo is soooooo easy to make, I'll use my homemade mayo. More calories, but worth it. And sub stevia for Splenda. - 3/14/18
